Silver customers receive a 5% discount on generator repairs while Gold customers get 10%. However, Platinum customers receive a 10% discount on ALL services from CMC. Dispatch Fees are free for both Gold and Platinum customers, but Platinum customers also get a free Diagnostic and 1 hour of troubleshooting for any generator issue that may arise during the inspection.
